The History
The Stone Gallery is a family run business based in the scenic
Cotswold town of Burford, England.

The business was established in 1918 in Newcastle
and bought by Tilly Marshall in 1937.
Since then Tilly has formed the Stone Gallery
into a unique business, selling Fine Art by artists such as
Dante Gabriel Rossetti and L.S. Lowry, jewellery by Georg
Jensen, modern and Antique paperweights, enamel boxes and
of course the familys' own exquisite jewellery. A selection
of all these can viewed on this website.
The Business Today
The Stone Gallery now consists of Tilly (at
88 years old), her son Simon, his wife Veral and the newest
member, Tillys' grandson Tom all three of whom design and
handmake their own jewellery on the premises.

Due to their unusual and quality designs
the Marshall familys' jewellery can be seen in Vogue and Harpers
and Queen on a regular basis and because of a particularly
unusual design, Tom Marshall was honoured to meet the Prime
Minster at Number 10 Downing Street.
