Payment
If you want to purchase anything you see
on our website then we like to keep it personal so if you
e-mail us
and tell us:
- what product you
would like
- who you are
- where you are (address)
- A contact number
(& fax number if applicable)
- Any other details
(a ring size, or if it is a suprise etc.)
We'll ring you as soon as we get the message
(often within the hour or at a time you request) and then
we can check your details and take your credit card number
& expiry date then send your goods off that day.
We accept all major credit
cards & cheques from UK banks.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes
10-14 days outside the UK. We send all our goods by signed
for post so someone will need to sign at the delivery address.

We can provide a 4 day service for the
USA & the rest of Europe or a 7 day service for the rest
of the world but this is a little more expensive so please
contact us for details.
Cooling Off Period
As a consumer you have
the right to a 7 day cooling off period after purchasing the
goods in line with the "distance selling" regulations.
If within this time you decide to cancel the contract, goods
must be returned to us at your own expense & in good order.
Your credit card will then be credited within 30 days.

Statement
Any details we obtain about you are
kept within our family business & are NEVER passed on
to any other company or individual. credit card details we
obtain over the internet are deleted from our computer immediately
& recorded by hand. |
